What we process

When you log in, Discord gives us your user ID, name, avatar and the servers where you can manage settings. To run its features, the bot processes server, channel and role IDs, your module settings, moderation cases (member, moderator, action and reason), XP levels, ticket activity and the commands people use.

How it's used

Only to log you in, apply your server's settings, run the features you turned on, prevent abuse and fix problems. Lag NPC doesn't sell personal information.

Storage and security

Settings, cases and levels are stored in the service database. Discord access tokens and service secrets stay on the server and are never sent to your browser. Dashboard sessions end after 7 days without activity and after 30 days at most.

Support access

The Lag NPC owner can view and change any server's bot settings to give support or fix problems, and can create a one-time invite to join a server. Each invite is announced in that server's log channel. Command errors are kept for 14 days so problems can be fixed.

Keeping and deleting data

Settings stay while the bot is in your server. Audit history is kept for 90 days and music history for a year. Server owners can ask for deletion in the support server. Discord controls the data it holds itself.
